este fin de mes de mayo tuve la oportunidad de viajar a la cd. de playa del carmen en quintana roo ya me habian comentado hacerca del club de playa Kool Beach por lo que fui a descansar y me traje un buen recuerdo ha veracruz de la atencion que ahi presta su gente, cuentan con un area lounge bien padre con musica muy buena y una alberca preciosa,en plena playa esta bien kool. la tencion de su gente de primera saludos!

I´m a frequent client and had never need to complain. The beach there is awesome, the service is kind, the facility really clean, the ceviche amazing! I read on the newspaper about the credit card clonation but they find the employees involved and delivered them to the police. Since that, they don't have a new credit card "situation". I also went to a wedding there and everything was really good. I higly reccomend the place.

I have been two times, first you kind of overlook somethings, because you really want to relax, buth then you realize that the service is very bad and that the snobbish demeanor is really negative attitude from the DJ and the wait staff. Most of those places are like spider web tramps, you are walking on the beach, you find the place which looks ok, you order drinks and food, you are provided with a terrible service, you never come back again and then you may still get ripped off if you coverd your bill with credit card...i am ashamed to say I went there twice.

....discovered in excess of usd2000.00 charged to my account over a period of a week. I called my bank and am in the process of recovering my money. It's sad since we had such a great time when we were at KOOL. I won't go back because of this. I called the club and they informed me the persons were caught, and the club said they were sorry. I think they should refund me my money!!!!

Issue solved. After I contacted the place with detailed information i recieved this answer: "I want to inform you that we have find the people responsible of this criminal actions, they are the cashier and a waiter. Yesterday they were submitted to the local police and there they are doing the proper investigation to send them to jail or whatever the punishment this offenses deserve, but they are asking (the police) us (the club) more information or demands from our customers to go with the investigation." Great!!

Same thing happened to us...Creditcard info was stolen and approx. USD 2000 was charged before our bank reacted. Guess there is some employees there right now making big time fraud!!

The food was okay...They asked for a picture i.d.and drivers license along with the credit card to pay the bill. They wrote down all of the information and stole the credit card. In just one day, they purchased things over $4000 before we were able to cancel the credit card. Bottom line, don't go unless you want to get ripped off and have your credit card stolen.
