This is a famous Mexico City institution, known for its standard, realtively inexpensive Mexican food; trays of breads, rolls and cookies brought to your table; and their cafe con leche. For the cafe con leche ritual: make sure your spoon is in the glass; tell the waiter/waitress when to stop pouring the coffee; and if you ask for it "con espuma" (with foam), they pour the hot milk in from above, almost never spilling a drop. During October and early November, the "pan de muerto" (bread of the deceased) is excellent, with either sugar or sesame seeds.
