• Divorce services: Administrative Divorce (Divorcio Administrativo), no children, no assets, each party willing to divorce amicably, time frame -1 week, Voluntary Divorce (Divorcio Voluntario), children, assets, both parties agree on dissolution of marriage- time frame 1 month, and Contested Divorces (Divorcio Necesario) children, assets, contested by either party, can take up to one year. The parties can be Mexican/foreigner.
