From the moment you walk through the door at Coco Luna (Coconut Moon), you will know right away you made the right decision in choosing this lovely condo over others you may have considered.
Walking through the screened in front door you have a direct view through the condo, past the terrace to the largest infinity pool in Playa del Carmen. Keep the doors open and feel the cool ocean breeze wafting in from nearby Coco Beach. This is beach living at its best. Even at home you feel like you are lounging by the pool or sipping margaritas on the sandy beach.
To the right of the front door sits the guest bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 single bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and full en suite bathroom. This beach home is occupied by the owner most of the year and has been stocked with high quality linens and towels to make your stay more enjoyable.
Just past the guest bedroom resides the only custom-made kitchen in The Elements. This chef’s kitchen is double the size of any other in The Elements and is stocked with high quality Cuisinart cook wear, a Kitchenaid mixer, Nespresso espresso/cappuccino maker, and a plethora of spices, dishes and utensils to satisfy even the most selective cooks. A separate laundry room with full washer and dryer is situated off the kitchen and houses a stockpile of beach toys, snorkeling gear and a variety of sports equipment to keep the little ones busy and the adults feeling like kids again.
The dining room is situated next to the kitchen and comfortably seats six adults. Additional seating may be found on the outdoor terrace for an additional 8 persons. Enjoy a home cooked dinner while taking in the visual abundance of handicrafts and paintings acquired from all over Mexico which adorn the walls and shelves of Coco Luna.
A short hallway off the living room leads to the master bedroom with king sized bed, flat screen TV and full en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is flanked on one side with large glass sliders, providing great pool views and access to the private terrace, which is also accessible through the living room. Situated just past the dining room, the living room boats a very comfortable couch which folds out to a queen sized sleep sofa. Flat screen TV with Dish Network will help keep you connected and entertained. Surrounded with floor to ceiling windows the living room provides wonderful views of the large pool, lush green grass aligning the pool, and the private terrace.
A hammock hangs on the terrace, which is great for an afternoon siesta or to just lounge around and read your favorite book while dinner cooks on your own gas BBQ. The beach and pool are so close that jumping in and out of the water between courses in certainly not out of the question. Multiple swim suits are recommended to coordinate your attire with each meal. From your first cup of coffee in the morning, to siesta time in the hammock, to the inviting balmy evenings, enjoy cocktails and dinner on the terrace. The outdoors is designed for pleasure.

The Elements boasts the largest infinity pool in Playa del Carmen, which is perfect for lap swimming, and is adorned with small shimmering glass balls along the pool floor. Lush vegetation and comfortable lounge chairs align the long pool which is perfect for families, or anyone looking to relax and have a little fun. Just past the pool and across the beach access road is the private Elements beach club, reserved for residents and guests of the Elements. There are lounge chairs at the club as well as beach chairs in the unit if you with to bring your own. Those looking for shade can plop next to one of the many palm trees dotting the club. Just next door to the Elements beach club is a public beach club, the Canibal Royal, with food and drink service, hammocks and lounge chairs. As far as you can walk, either north or south, the beach, with its cool white sand, stretches in front of you and the aqua water is safe, warm and inviting for swimming all year round.
The Elements also has a business center with computer terminals, wireless internet throughout the complex, a gym, rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and massage tables. The Elements is ideally located right next to the activity in Playa but not right in the middle of it making it a tranquil spot to stay. You don’t need a car as it is a short walk to everywhere.
Coco Luna also offers all the concierge services provided by their property manager, North American Standards. A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Policy:
Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It
is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving
the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will
ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the
agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of the property management company to make sure
all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do
happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a
day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next
to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it’s chain and put the top part back on
after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either
the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge.

Reservations and Payments: A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.
