Your exciting adventure tour starts with a ride in a 4×4 all-terrain vehicle that takes you to our Maya Community, a small Maya family community where the Nohoch Nah Chich Cenote system is located (one of the longest explored underground river systems in the world).

Here you will take part in an unforgettable snorkeling adventure into the fresh waters of this underground river, swimming deep inside the caverns where you will observe stunning stalactite and stalagmite formations above and below this crystal-clear water.

Walk and enjoy our Bike Ride through the jungle and witness the animal prints from the species that live there, the cenotes, and the variety of flora and fauna.

You will snorkel in Yax-muul, the most beautiful natural swimming pool on the Mexican Caribbean.

A traditional Maya lunch prepared by the women of this community then awaits you at the ranch. After lunch you will have the opportunity to visit the ranch and its inhabitants, a small Maya family that have lived in this remote jungle location for the last 30 years.

Pick-up and Drop off: We will pick you up at all mayor Hotels at the Riviera Maya, as well as in Playacar (Plaza Playacar) and Playa del Carmen (Hotel Gran Porto Real). Sorry, no pick-ups in Cancun or Cancun Area.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Rates listed are valid exclusively for the inquiry date. They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website if the service requested is confirmed by means of charge to your credit card and a voucher from us with a confirmation number.

By making a reservation you give us your authorization to run the corresponding charge on the Paypal account you provided and by doing so you declare to have full knowledge of our reservation and payment policies, disclaimer and cancellation policies. No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made. Please note that this verification and confirmation process may normally take up to 48 hours. When paying by eCheck, the process will take longer.

All reservations are subject to availability existing at the moment of your request. Occasionally, some tours may sell out before your reservation is processed by the tour provider. In such an event, you will be offered your choice of a reschedule or a full refund.

In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service. Should a change to a confirmed reservation be needed, please contact your travel consultant and have your reservation and/or confirmation number handy. We strongly suggest reading the CANCELLATION POLICIES section. Any changes are subject to availability and rate adjustments when necessary. Our CANCELLATION POLICIES are applicable at all times without exception.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your Paypal account. Please bear in mind that your Paypal account will show “InTheRoo.com” as the company responsible for the charge. Paypal accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or eCheck (bank electronic funds transfer). Payment by Paypal eCheck is not accepted for reservations made within 10 days of the excursion date.


General:

• Reservations cancelled more than 3 days prior to excursion date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
• Cancellations or changes made within 3 days prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

Changes more than 3 days prior to excursion date will cause a handling fee of $10.00 USD per Reservation (i.e. excursion date or passenger name changes).
